Asado as a Verb: a Most Special November Evening
Come asado-ing with us.
Food as a verb thanks
for sponsoring this series

We have a special invitation for your Saturday morning.
We want you to come Asado-ing with us.
On Friday, Nov. 7, Food as a Verb is partnering with Panoram Asados for a most special evening:
A Food as a Verb Asado at McCoy Farm and Gardens in Walden, Tennessee.

Mariano and Angelina Cebrián and their Panoram team will recreate the Argentine tradition of the asado: a long and lovely dinner stretched out in a timeless way, with a menu of meats and vegetables cooked over open flame as the November moon rises over the McCoy Farm grounds.

Earlier this year, we visited an asado. It was our first. Like Angelina, who told us about her first asado years ago, as the long Argentine tables held plates of meats, wines and fellowship, we were awestruck.
"I felt like I was in a movie," she said. "It was like Anthony Bourdain was going to pop out."

Tickets are currently on sale for all members of The Table.
Reserve yours here.
All members of The Table receive first-access to this limited event. (Plus, a free t-shirt from our new collection coming next week.)
On Wed., Oct. 8, we'll open ticket sales to our larger Food as a Verb community.
We would love for you to join us.
As Mariano likes to say:
"Asado is a feeling. An experience. Time for us to slow down and have time for each other.
"It is like a fairy tale.
